Greener and Greener - Makeover

Today I bring forth an fugly house from EA, called Greener and Greener, one of the under appreciated homes in Sunset Valley, due to nobody remodeling it. So I will.

Greener and Greener is the home of The Bachelors, and was built as an arts and crafts style home. With open living space, and many entertainment rooms, this house had much potential.

The challenge was: "Mary and David just moved to their new house in the countrysides, they have an open livingroom/kitchen they want you to decorate. The first day they moved in they took this picture:



They loved this picture so much they want the livingroom/kitchen to be inspired by it ..... but they're not very rich so keep that in mind."

Hello all. I am a very boring person, so there is no need to introduce myself, except for the fact that I create houses and sims for the Sims 3, my favorite computer game. And actually right now I have a download for you now.

The Kensington is located on a 30 x 30 lot in Sunset Valley, but can be placed anywhere. Includes bar/kitchen large living room, and a spacious bedroom and bathroom. The lot comes furnished in .sims3pack format, and no CC was used except for This Car.  Requires Late Night and Ambitions.
