Welcome to My Sims 3 Notebook!

Hello all. I am a very boring person, so there is no need to introduce myself, except for the fact that I create houses and sims for the Sims 3, my favorite computer game. And actually right now I have a download for you now.

The Kensington is located on a 30 x 30 lot in Sunset Valley, but can be placed anywhere. Includes bar/kitchen large living room, and a spacious bedroom and bathroom. The lot comes furnished in .sims3pack format, and no CC was used except for This Car.  Requires Late Night and Ambitions.
